Pros: Handle Material, Handle Feel, Blade Sharpness, Blade Material, Ease of Opening, Weight, Lock Ease of Use, Overall Quality
Cons: Lock Type, None
Very nice knife, especially for the price
I bought this knife because it had wooden grips and because I like Bokers in general. The size is right for me, not too big for pocket carry without using the clip. I really like the grind of the drop point blade. It is made of 440B, so marked on the blade. While not as good as 440C, still a very good blade material of the high carbon stainless type.fit of all parts is excellent, wood to metal perfect. All metal parts of the handle and liners are finely polished. The edges and ends of the wood are perfectly finished, which brings me to my only complaint. The sides of the wood, while smooth and well shaped, were not well finished. I applied OOO steel wool, smoothed them and applied satin clear finish, let set and lightly steel wooled again. Much better now. The wood looks similar to and may be mahogany, nicely grained and pleasing to the eye. I do prefer a lockback to a linerlock.
