The handles are made of durable POM material, the same material used in the most expensive kitchen cutlery. This handle material is easy and low maintenance, as it does not require any special care when it comes to handling and cleaning.

Super Buy
This was a gift for my son, who is just setting up housekeeping in a new apartment. He was thrilled with the knives: they were not serrated, they were sharp, they are stainless, and they are welll made and comfortable. Most other knife sets were nearly $100 more. This set is just a super buy! No faults.
