The Wayfarer was Olamic Cutlery's first venture into folding knives. It was designed by custom knifemaker Mike Vagnino and the original 4" model couldn't have been a better jumping off point. It was a very well balanced, fast, strong tactical folder with beautiful lines and an extremely comfortable feel. Now, after much customer input, the Wayfarer is available in a more everyday carriable size with a price point that will make it very competitive when compared directly with some of the best high-end production knives. Some of the machining of this knife is done in Italy but all the assembly and finishing is performed in the USA for the best possible quality.

The 3.45" hollow ground M390 blade is satin finished and rides on a caged bearing system for a supremely quick deployment using the flipper. This Wayfarer 247 has a flipper tab as well as a thumb slot for a more traditional style opening method you can use when you need a silent blade deployment. The titanium frame lock, floating titanium backspacer and precise tolerances give the knife durability and strength throughout. The handle is made from 6Al4V titanium with chamfered edges and a light bead blasted finish. The curved shape and flared out butt end make this handle extremely ergonomic to hold and to use. It comes with a Todd Begg-style ceramic ball pocket clip positioned for tip-up right-hand carry, a custom pivot, ultra-functional jimping on the thumb ramp, and a replaceable lockbar insert that doubles as the overtravel preventor.
