Pros: Handle Feel, Weight, Handle Material, None
Cons: Ease of Opening, Blade Material, Blade Sharpness
I love the knives because they are different and aesthetically beautiful. They are inexpensive, so their cost/benefit ratio is high--a lot of knife for the money. I re-profiled and sharpened the blade, and that was harder than I expected, but in the end, it came out okay. I got it sharp, but I couldn't get it scary sharp. I'll try again later, but I don't know. I have never tested the edge holding, bt they will slice paper well enough to impress the uninitiated. The knives are crazy hard to open. Wet fingers or weak hands, forget it, it says closed. But the aesthetics and overall appeal of the knife were good enough for me to buy all three sizes. They are cool knives. I'll probably never "use" them for the above reasons, but I'm glad I got them. The "3" rating is because of a balance between the pros and cons of the knife. Subjective judgement.
