Pros: Weight, Sheath, Pocket Clip, None
Cons: Overall Quality, Lock Type, Lock Ease of Use, Blade Material, Ease of Opening, Handle Feel, Blade Sharpness, Handle Material
The Contego is easy to deploy
I am 84 years old and not in good health. My muscle strength is exceptionally weak. For this reason, one of the most important things about a knife is that I can open it without a great deal of difficulty. I find that I am able to open the Contego without any difficulty. On top of that, it is a beautiful knife which I am proud to own. I have many knives in my small collection of about fifty knives and I find the Contego to be one of my favorfites.

I love love love it!
This is my second Bench-made knife I've ever owned my first one was made out of 154 CM steel and that Osborne Rift lasted me 4 years, so this time I decided to try the super steel Cpm-M4 with the same type of blade but with a Contego handle instead of the Rift one. And just by handling this knife for a day I can already tell that I'm going to love it for a long long long time much like my first one.... Thank you for the outstanding service Knifecenter as long as I have pockets to carry high class steel you'll be at the top of my list. sincerely... Travis.

I like it alot!
I'm just a regular guy who was finally able to afford what I considered a really good knife. I checked out different websites and settled on the 810 because of the blade steel and reputation of BM. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I have big hands and this knife fits them well. I don't think its too rough on my hands or my jeans. It hasn't left a mark on either one and I use it everyday on cardboard, rope, plastic wrap, etc. I strop it to keep it sharp. I hope to never lose it! It's the best knife I've personally owned.
