Pros: Lock Type, Handle Material, Blade Sharpness, Weight, Blade Material, None
Cons: Overall Quality, Lock Ease of Use, Ease of Opening
pretty knife, poor quality
I was really excited to get this knife after reading the positive reviews. It is as pretty as I hoped, the damascus blade and burl handle look great. However I was disappointed with the overall quality... I didn't mind the minor flaws (sharp, raised bit of steel on the back of blade, one bolster raised slightly higher than handle), but what bothered me was the ease of opening. It was stiff at first, and I thought it needed to be broken in, but after a week of routine use it actually got MORE difficult to open the knife. The last straw was when it developed a lot of side to side blade play. I would not recommend this knife to anyone looking for something more useful than a handsome paperweight.

Great Knife
I think it's a great knife. It came out of the box sharp, which i really like, as I love to whittle. It strong, looks nice and is overall, a good knife. If you look really hard and try to see problems, you might not like this knife, but if all you want is a good Damascus steel knife for a good price, then i would recommend this to you.

Great for the price.
I use this as an everyday pocket knife. I haven't had it long. However, it came out of the box very sharp. It looks really good from a few feet away. It is kind of heavy but I really like that because I know it is in my pocket. I seem to lose light knives because they fall out and I never notice. The lock works fine as well. The wood looks great from afar just like the blade. There is no play in the blade when it is locked which is also a plus. It also has a whole for a lanyard or something similar. My issues with the knife: It claims to be 37 layer Damascus even on the blade. However, the top part of the knife is just stainless steal. The tang is also just stainless steal. Also, the wood on the handle has some imperfections on close inspection and each side is a different shade. It is pretty stiff to open but I am sure that will change as I use it more. I would personally prefer it to have a clip point blade. You may see the list of negatives of this knife, but for the price I love it. It is a great beat around all purpose pocket knife and looks good if you don't spend time looking for problems. I have no regrets in my purchase.
