David Mosier, Missouri custom knifemaker, is well known for his tactical fixed blades. This piece, with its modified Wharncliffe style blade made of Sandvik 12C27 steel, shows a soft upward curved cutting edge, which improves EDC versatility without losing its character. The milled two-tone Micarta handle offers excellent ergonomics, along with a stunning appearance. Kydex sheath included. (Tek-Lok sold separately) Blade length: 3 1/4". Overall length: 7 1/4". Weight: 5.5 oz.

Tough and comfortable
Great knife especially for the price, it's worth more. Very strong blade, ground thinner near the tip so it will slice but still strong. Comfortable handle. Sheath is basic but fine for neck or pocket carry. Can have a Mole clip added for belt carry. Decent steel takes a fine edge and lasts well. Didn't come super sharp though. Quality construction and finish.

Outstanding knife
Fantastic blade. Inexpensive for the quality of blade. Sharp out of the box. Sandvik 12C27 steel steel took an edge easily and was razor sharp after stropping and final polish. Sheath is Kydex P.O.S. and ships without a Tek-lok, so purchase one separately or (as I did) make a new sheath. The money is spent on the blade, not the sheath. That's not a bad thing as the quality of the blade in comparison to what is out on the market surprised me. Small enough to be unobtrusive suspended on the belt in sheath. This is now my EDC blade.
