Beautiful, Solid, Offbeat
This is a gorgeous, sturdy, high-quality knife. The unusual locking mechanism does take some getting used to. But it makes the knife unique and likable in its own way, You unlock it by rotating the bolster about 25 to 30 degrees, after which only a gentle touch on the flipper is needed to open it. You then rotate the bolster back in order to lock it. This can be done in one smooth motion with some practice. One reviewer here mentions blade loosening - thankfully, I've had nothing of the kind with mine, despite countless opening and closing cycles. If you want a high-quality assisted-opener with a dash of unconventionality, it's a fine choice.

Beautiful mechanism. Technique to unlock was not immediately obvious, but once learned it's great.
