Simonich Collaboration
Founder, Rob Simonich successfully built a reputation as one of the most popular and innovative knife makers in the world during his lifetime. He was known for using state of the art technology such as newly discovered alloys, unique handle materials and special blade coating. Rob was in the knife business for over 21 years and within his lifetime, successfully built a reputation as a very popular and innovative knife maker. Simonich Knives was featured on the covers of two major Knife magazines and the DLC Urban Raven won the Blade Magazine, American Made Knife of the Year Aware in 2003. (DLC Urban Raven- now known as the Commemorative Urban Raven). Tragically, Rob passed away in a traffic accident when returning from a very successful hunting trip in November 2003. His death stunned the knife community and friends across the world.

A truly great knife that will last forever
This is the perfect knife for camping, hunting, or survival. It is built like a tank, I'm quite sure it will outlast me. I will have to leave it to someone in my will. The price is a little high but you get what you pay for. I would have preferred a leather sheath over the canvas type that came with it. Overall I am very satisfied with the knife & the great service, & the speedy delivery from KnifeCenter
