A "Best Quality" Folding Hunter
I ordered one as soon as I saw the buffalo horn scale option. Typical of Canal Street knives it came very sharp and the only thing I did was strop it on leather. It is very tightly made and the liner lock is positive. The blade shape is even nicer than most of the pictures indicate. The point is very sharp and the overall polish attractive. Overall workmanship is excellent.I used the Folding hunter to trim the fat off a beef brisket. This particular operation seems to dull most knife blades very quicly but, upon completion of the task, I cut my finger in a most definitive manner the keenness of the blade being little diminished if at all.
