Pros: Finish, Blade Sharpness, Sheath/Scabbard, Overall Quality, Materials, None
Cons: Weight, Handle Material
i am a collector, i bought this along with a Cold Steel Cutlass Machete, since i couldn't decided on which one to actually buy and the reviews are great for both. i had received the cold steel cutlass machete first and it was a solid cutter and sharp the balance was great for cutting. (sheath kinda sucks tho)when i received this Condor Cutlass, I can't help but compare it to the cold steel cutlass machete. i noticed that the blade was narrower and doesn't seem to have the heft or balance for cutting. the blade is sharp enough to slice thru paper, But the tip of the blade COULD be pointier, it's kinda rounded off, the finger guard is made of plastic and Un-reinforced with steel. the sheath is excellent, i wish all machetes comes with this type of sheathgiven what i know now? I would have just bought the cold steel cutlass machete. it has a better balance for cutting, it's also cheaper.
