CS59KSZ Steak Knife
Cold Steel's new series of kitchen knives, the Kitchen Classics, will race through just about any task you can imagine. Theses blades are ice tempered and then precision flat ground for maximum cutting power. All models in the series come with a razor sharp edge that lasts and lasts, and some have serrated edges uniquely appropriate to the tasks they were designed to do. The handles are, in a word, terrific! Carefully designed to ensure a strong, secure, yet comfortable grip, they feature a stiff Zytel® core on the inside, with a softer, deeply checkered rubbery exterior for a the kind of non-slip grip that must be felt to be appreciated!

Cold Steel Steak Knives
Bought six of these knives. They are great steak knives for the price. In my opinion, they will last a lifetime. They are good for slicing tomatoes also. I am well pleased with my purchase.

Nothing can compare for the price.
I collect knives as a hobby and Cold Steel is always a favourite of mine to have. I bought this single steak knife because I wanted to see how they held up. I was not disappointed in the slightest. Extremely sharp, light and with a grip that just won't wear away, I cannot see why any one, no matter your diet, wouldn't have one or two of these in their kitchen. After purchasing this it's actually quite hard for me to find it since it's become the, "go to knife" when eating meat. Seriously, fantastic!

As Expected
Have used Cold Steel knives for several years at my parents house (thanks to my brother) and they are extremely sharp. Knife snubs will disagree.
