Easy to Use and The Best
I am a compulsive when it comes to my kitchen and personal carry cutlery. I've tried every sharpening system that I can think of and decided that "sharpening" is an art form. Some people are born with such learning skills and some train into them. I can't sharpen anything. Hand me a sharp or dull knife and I'll make it duller. This sharpener saves me minutes and hours of frustration. I know several people who have their skills "well-honed", but I'm not one of them. I would suggest a rounded hand-sharpener for serrated blades though.---First Gun

Worth the price
This was far more than I wanted to spend but well worth it. It is not as industrial looking as I anticipated. It also sharpens serrated blades very well. The cost of this top of the line knife sharpener is far less than a new set of good knives. I highly recommend this expensive sharpener - you will never need to buy another.
