The Baracuta-Edge Pro Fillet Knife features 5 inches of micro-honed Japanese stainless steel, a rugged black Zytel plastic handle with orange rubber inserts for better grip and less slippage. This fillet knife has an open back for easy cleaning, plus ambidextrous thumb studs and removable pocket clip. Liner-lock construction. Same great concept as the Havalon Piranta, but larger and longer. Overall length is 11" yet weight is only 3 ounces. NEVER LOSE YOUR EDGE. Comes with 5 additional stainless steel #127XT fillet blades.

Sharpest Fillet Knife ever!
Sharp like a scalpel. When dull ( takes a while) Put on a new blade! The only fillet knife to have. Only thing I don't like: Clip is on wrong side of knife handle
