13" strop, hanging ring, 1-3/4" wide, Rindleder Leather single sided (no canvas back)
Since the early 1900 ' s Jemico Solingen has produced razors and strops that are among the finest in the world. To keep the fine razor edge on half or full hollow ground razors, sharpen with a strop made of smooth Russian or Rind leather. Draw the edge away from you with the back of the razor on the strop. When changing the direction, the razor should be turned over, as in the illustration. Never raise the back of the razor off of the strop; it will rake off the edge. Use paste for best results.

Pros: Overall Quality, Durability

Good quality, but on the short side
For polishing the edge on your knife or razor its great. But one point of caution the shorter the strop the the more you have to strop to get a polished edge. So I would recommend the longest strop you can buy together with some razor strop paste for best results. The overall quality of the leather is superb.

It seems to work quite well
I'm new at this, so I lack any basis for comparison; however, this strop seems to do what it's supposed to do. Sure, it could be a little larger, but at this price. It's exactly what I was looking for, and I'm pleased with the purchase.

Excellent finish strop
I have an old horse hide paste strop that has green paste on the canvas side and red paste or the leather side. To sharpen my razor I do about 20 passes on the green side of the strop and then wipe off the razor, then do about 30 passes on the red side of the leather and then wipe off the razor. Then I switch to the Russian Leather strop and do 40 passes on it or till the razor is razor sharp (Take your time so you DON'T nick the strop!). I have found this method to keep my razor shaving sharp (very, very sharp!) everyday and it keeps the razor clean and ready for use the next morning (:
