Pros: Ease of Opening, Weight, Blade Sharpness
Cons: Pocket Clip, None
Decent inexpensive folder
I had looked at the KA-BAR Dozier folders before, but since they were made in Taiwan I held off on purchasing one. When they came out with the zombie green handles I decided what the heck and bought one anyway. This is a decent inexpensive folder and really like how the shape of the knife stays true to the Dozier folder that cost around $500. It even has the Dozier logo on the side of the blade. The blade material is AUS 8 and comes very sharp. I've only carried the knife out twice and the pocket clip finish has scratches and worn off in spots. This has not happened to a similar priced made in America Buck knife I have. Also, on this particular KA-BAR there is a small U shaped mark on each side of the blade that looks like someone goofed during the manufacturing process. It doesn't seem to affect the blade other than being a smudge in the blade finish.
