Description
KS1447: Kershaw One Ton Folding Framelock 3-1/2" Plain Blade, G-10 Handles
Kershaw

Like the Kershaw Half-Ton, but need a bigger knife? Wish granted. It’s the One-Ton. The Kershaw One-Ton has a wide, fat blade (even thicker than the Half-Ton) ready to take on any and all heavy-duty tasks. The handle is machined G-10, with a steel framelock back. This big knife is not as heavy as you’d expect. Carry it tip-up or tip-down, but definitely carry it.

8CR13 Stainless Steel
8CR13 Stainless Steel
Considered a value steel, 8Cr13 steel provides adequate corrosion resistance but with slightly more carbon than AUS-8, it will sharpen up and hold an edge better.
G10 Handles
G10 Handles
Formed in a sheet under high pressure by combining fiberglass and an epoxy resin binder. These handles are lightweight and shaped to ensure a solid grip.

Great knife for a great price
I got this on a special and couldn't be happier with it. It's now my EDC. Great feel, great solid lock up and a good sized blade.

1 Ton? Ton of What?
I work in a warehouse and I love the outdoors so i wanted a beefy folder for both work and play. This was a poor choice. I dropped the knife in the warehouse, from my pocket to the concrete slab and the pin used to flick it open came off and one of bottom pins that holds the handle together is missing as well. Cardboard kills the edge....Aghhhh! Don't do it. Its also made in CHINA...
