KSDM0723 6" (15 cm) Damascus Blade Chef Knife
This stunningly beautiful line of cutlery features the look and benefits of Damascus steel, yet without it's rusting problems.
The Damascus-look blade profile reduces sticking and results in less damage to the food being cut and faster prep times.
Seki City, which is famous as the sword center of Japan, where KAI factories are located, is proud of its over 700 years tradition of cutlery manufacture.

VG-10 stainless steel is clad with 16 layers of SUS4100 high-carbon stainless steel on each side, producing a 33 layered rust-free Damascus look.
VG-10 "super steel" is composed of carbon, chromium, cobalt, manganese, molybdenum, silicon and vanadium.
Ebony-black PakkaWood handles specifically designed for premium applications.
Stainless-steel bolsters and end caps.
Dishwasher safe.
NSF approved.

Kitchen razor!
Sharp as a razor and hold an edge for what seems like an eternity. Functional beauty as well. The absolute best six inch chef's knife I have ever used and I have used a bunch - German, Japanese, and American made as well.
