Great Utility Knife!
I find a small paring knife too small for some tasks and really like this size knife for those purposes. These are top of the line knives and you get what you pay for. I have several sizes of the San Moritz knives and couldn't be happier with the quality and feel of them. They hold an edge and are really comfortable in the hand. Handle on this size is a little small if you have large hands but found that only on the small knives. I tried a cheap utility knife for this size, but it was just not the same. The blade never did look clean even when it was and didn't hold an edge. Ended up with this one and am really glad I did. I also found the service here is grade A and will buy from them again. Fast service and delivery.
