Description
MNTMT8R: MT-8R Z'mora
Mantis Knives

Z'mora is the evil twin of the MT-8 "Siko". Z'mora was developed in secret by Mantis Founder--Jared West.

Though it shares many of the same traits with its twin, a few vital details have been changed... The Pivot washer has been smoked and the AUS-8 blade, the frame and the rear-hook have all been blacked-out.

By far the most sinister looking, high performance cutting tool to be brought to market thus far in 2010.

Cons: Weight
Big, very big. Heavy in hand. Good material but not for every pocket.

Cons: Pocket Clip, Weight, Lock Ease of Use, Ease of Opening
Monstrous knife!
Huge rescue knife from Mantis! Mean looking blade. Comes razor sharp, bothe blade and the hook at the tail. The blade has got a secondary point just like a tanto, a nice curve like a bowie shaped knife, and a recurve like a kerambit. What's bad is that there's not really a great way to open it easily, and the opening itself isn't smooth... The other bad thing is that the pocketclip only supports tip down carry, and it's positioned pretty far into the handle so that much of the blade sticks out of your pocket... However it is reversable to both sides.

A beast disguised as a rescue tool
I wear this knife while on duty. YES, it's certainly a large knife, but i'm a large guy and having the kinetic opening feature is a big plus. The belt cutter and glass breaker BOTH work flawlessly and the look of the knife is very sinister and intimidating (which was the reason that i bought it). Sweet knife, even sweeter price from Knifecenter! Thanks guys
