Description
MT15410: 154-10 DOC Killswitch
Microtech

The DOC (Death on Contact) is an impressive collaboration between Mick Strider of Strider Knives and Anthony Marfione and Microtech. Initially produced as a custom knife for the NYCKS, the DOC has finally made its way into mainstream production. Also available as a manual flipper, the DOC Killswitch is the AUTO folder the DOC took home Most Innovative design, and Collaboration of the Year at the 2013 Blade Show. It's large, tactical, rugged, fast, ergonomic, and fun. The safety switch doubles as the push button for this folder and the grind lines on the blade are absolutely gorgeous. A great quality folding design you definitely can bet your life on.

Cons: Weight, None
Fantastic quality, first rate overall but.. LARGE
I'll be the first to admit I bought this for two reasons largel, 1) its cool 2) they are not always easy to get , it was in stock and I had a few bucks burning a hole. Review, fit/finish are as close to perfect as I've ever seen. The quality of this knife is as all MicroTech knives, simply superb. Before you order this, understand this knife is large. It will fit in a pocket and has a clip if that is your thing, but it's not a "pocket knife". If you want a truly tactical knife, this should be your knife. If you want a great collector, this is your baby. If you are looking for a "pocket knife" this is frankly too large. One last, it opens hard and fast, hang on. I bet a few are dropped the first few times.
