PL1040: Mike One Outdoor
Pohl Force
With the Mike series of knives, Pohl Force has closed two gaps in their product line at the same time. Mike knives are the newest addition to the high-quality EOD series and therefore meet the same precise standards.

With a 3.74" (95 mm) blade and 5.64 oz. (160 g) weight, they range precisely between the proven Alpha and Bravo series of folding knives. Mike One and Mike Two are therefore the perfect size for the everyday carry use.

The EOD product line consists of premium knives for particularly extreme demands. Their renowned production partner LionSteel located in the city of Maniago, Italy, perfectly manufactures the EOD series according to Pohl Force's stringent design and quality requirements.

All EOD series blades are laser-cut from one piece, the ergonomic scales are 3D-CNC milled, and therefore produced from a single piece of material. The D2 or Niolox steel hardened to 59 HRC guarantees absolute reliability and durability even in extreme applications.

Various models, numerous functional options and our comprehensive range of accessories allow you to individually customize the perfect knife for your particular needs.

**Comes with a removable thumb disk so the knife can be operated as a one or two-hand opener for legality concerns.

Outstanding In Every Way
I haven't counted exactly how many pocket knives I have, but it must be around thirty, and the limited edition of this knife (the one with olive green G-10 and blackwashed blade is the one I bought) has jumped to the top of my list. This knife is about as perfect as a knife is going to get. Many counties in the U.S. have a legal blade length limit of 4 inches, and at 3.74, I don't need to worry about carrying an illegal one, so it will be the one I carry most of the time, as well as on camping trips and for hiking. The workmanship is flawless, and the ergonomics of the handle are simply outstanding, and the fact that the titanium side of the handle is sculpted just like the G-10 side means it's not going to slide around in my hand. Even though I don't misuse blades, I love the fact that this blade is almost .2" thick, so that even if I did need to use it to pry or dig, I wouldn't worry about how strong it is. I read up on Niolox before buying it, and it is apparently a great steel. The design of the knife is a little unusual, but nevertheless it looks great and feels like it was made for my hand. It's the most expensive knife I have, but it seems well worth the price. Pohl and Lionsteel have done a great job, and KnifeCenter's service was great. I seriously doubt if I'll ever find a knife I like more.
