Cons: Overall Quality, Blade Sharpness, Lock Ease of Use, Ease of Opening, Lock Type
Another Piece of Chinese made JUNK!
Ordered 2 of these knives, one of them completely fell apart after functioning and the other isn't worth the $14.99 I paid for it. Schrade's quality control SUCKS big time. Wouldn't want have to depend on this knife in a pinch. Thunmb stud broke right away and safety is hard to function and is essentially useless. Knife is a good idea, but that's about all. Very surprised Knife Center would sell such a piece of junk.

Pros:
Cons:
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!
This knife is a very poorly manufactured piece of junk! Even for the price it is definitely not worth it. The thumb stud fell off and the safety lock is so stiff it will not operate efficiently. Schrade needs to check their Chinese manufacturing partner because they are doing a very poor job! Surprised that Knife Center would sell a piece of junk like this.

Fantastic knife !
Excellent combat folder for that price. The price is simply amazing given the quality and size of this knife. I should have bought two and probably will. I hope Schrade and knifecenter will continue to offer this product, and Schrade, what about a smaller version like Gerber makes ? Talking about the Gerber Fast Covert which this Schrade folder competes with (similar look), I am glad I bought this one since the Fast Covert has an assisted opening, legally tantamount to an automatic opening here. Besides the price is a fraction of the Covert. Cons : the clip is awfully tight, it really was a problem, knife could not be deployed quickly and would stay stuck in the pocket. I somewhat bent the clip after removing it to alleviate that problem. Like some have said the extra locking mechanism gets in the way of a good grip, but you don't have to use it, the liner lock is reliable enough. Otherwise, everything is of quality and sturdy, nothing loose on this folder. It's a solid knife, had it for three weeks but think it will last a long time and is a great replacement for a fixed blade.
