Fallkniven describes this item as follows:

PXL is a modern, slightly larger folding knife for daily use (called EDC or every day carry). The stainless, adjustable blade is made in a stainless 3G laminate powder steel at a hardness of HRC 62, resulting in an edge which will keep its sharpness extremely well. The handle is in stainless steel and indestructible micarta, other materials will be an option for the future. The safe and strong liner bladelock allows you to open and close the blade using one hand only. PXL is offered with a strong, removable clip and offers a safe, fast and comfortable access to the knife. Please note that this folder is a precision instrument, a very sharp tool and should be used with care.

Care
A folding knife of necessity can never be as strong as a sheath knife, since it contains several moving parts. If a folding knife is subjected to heavy use, it will inevitably result in a skewed blade with unreliable blade locking, and no guarantees cover this. A modern folding knife should be cleaned regularly with warm water and a mild detergent. Oil and fat should as far as possible be avoided, since today's knives have self-lubricating bearings. Fat and similar substances attract dust and dirt and increase wear rather than reducing it. The simplest way to sharpen the knife is with a fine diamond whetstone, and to obtain that final razor sharpness, use a ceramic whetstone, see our DC3 and DC4 combination whetstones.

Warranty
We offer a two-year warranty covering defects in materials and in manufacture, i.e. faults that occur during manufacture but which are not noticed until the knife is used. We repair or replace the knife. The warranty is void if the knife is used incorrectly – the knife is intended for cutting with and is not for twisting, bending, chopping or hitting. Discoloring caused by blood, salt-water, or other corrosive substances is not covered by the warranty, neither is a broken tip.

I have nothing but praise for this folder! Sometimes it is good to take a look at the specs. so that you will know blade length, overall length, WEIGHT, blade material, and etc. It's called, "using your head"! Excellent in all aspects the PXL is. This is probably my sharpest blade of all the knives I have, and this includes Spyderco's, Kershaw's, and a few custom's. Obviously I love the weight of it as it gives this knife a very, very solid feel in the hand. Some folks don't like the weight and they probably looked at the specs and declined to purchase one. The action is buttery smooth and the liner lock is as solid as they come. No blade wobble in any direction, and a completely centered blae upon closing. I know this knife is a little bit on the expensive side, but if you want the quality it has, you have to pay the price!!
