Pros: Durability, Materials, Refill Quality
Cons: Overall Quality, None
Very comfortable pen.
This pen is by far the most comfortable tactical pen I have used (compared to Benchmade, Schrade, S&W). The height of the nib is perfect, the rounded barrel does not put a dent on my fingers while writing. 1/2" barrel is just the perfect thickness. Minor finish issues with machine grinding, not very clean cut in some places, but does not affect performance.

Must-have
Can you ever have too many cool tools? My only bf is the ink cartridge, and I have other pens with this same cartridge. As a lefty, I tend to smear the ink when I first begin writing something. I don't recommend handing it to your subject to have them sign their cite with it either...!

Not perfect but very good
This is a pen that is more capable than most of being used to defend yourself should you find yourself in a bad way. It does look more tactical than most, a bit like a kubaton that writes but it does write well. The cap does stay on the back when you write if you push it on, it is only held by friction and is not perfect, but it holds better than some.
