Honoring An American Legend

About 14 years of continual field use has proven this knife a fine and formidable companion in the outdoors. Even young hunters are learning the many uses this knife has to offer, in camp as well as on the hunt, honoring the famous Cochise.

1095 Carbon Steel
1095 Carbon Steel
An excellent hard use steel, 1095 is a primary choice for camping and larger fixed blade knives for its extreme toughness and ability to hold an edge. Corrosion resistance is very limited with this steel (it will rust) and most blades come with a coating to prevent premature rusting.
Kydex Sheath
Kydex Sheath
Waterproof, scratch resistant, and low friction. It will hold its shape and makes a great alternative to leather.
Micarta Handles
Micarta Handles
Micarta is a compressed layered composite sealed within a thermosetting plastic which creates a strong, attractive material that is impervious to water.

Bada** knife
Use this as a hunting/outdoor knife. Can't decide between this and the tex creek as my favorite. I do like leather, but this comes with a high retention kydex sheath. Very meaty blade. Fit and finish is great. I have abused this knife and it comes back for more. Very satisfied.
