Pros: Sheath/Scabbard, Overall Quality, Materials
Cons: Blade Sharpness, None
Slim, trim and quick
This little gem is a good buy, especially with it's side mounted belt sheath. That having been said, there are a few concerns. 1. It does not come very sharp. The blade is very thick and difficult to get a razor edge on. But the blade isn't designed for that; it's for poking holes in things. 2. The sheath holds the knife loosely allowing for an easy draw, but can hold it too loose. 3. The metal (and especially the black paint on the black version) can be very slick and may allow your hand to slide down onto the blade. I fixed this (and point 2) by wrapping the handle in 1 layer of hockey tape and making a small para-cord loop at the end (enough for 1 finger). Good knife, but be aware. Oh, and it's heavier than it looks.

Solid steel
I use this for a letter opener. I always use high quality fixed blade knives for this purpose and this one is only second to the other cold steel knives I use for this purpose.
