Very Nice!
The design of this knife is off the hook in my opinion. One of the cooler looking knives in my collection. Quality wise, it is quite robust and seems pretty well made. I was expecting a bit less from a knife built in China. Turns out, it's pretty good! I cannot comment on it's durability or it's ability to hold an edge. It's more of a display model to me. I'm impressed with the wood used in the handle. It has the "tiger's eye" effect, which I really like. The sheath is of good quality too. Easily worth the money I paid. Another flawless transaction from KnifeCenter.

Great on safari
This knife was extremely useful when my wife and I went on a photo safari in Kenya and Tanzania last summer. It not only has a great look and feel, it is razor sharp and was coveted by the villagers who saw it. I ended up trading it for a number of knives and jewelry, and then immediately bought another. I have never been disappointed with a Gil Hibben knife.

Cons: Handle Material
Great Knife
Well made even though handle cover is not real wood. It's a simulated wood laminate [good for environment I guess]. Feels very good in hand, sturdy and well balanced. I carry when camping or walking in woods. Sheath is also very sturdy.
