Very practical bag
I've owned a number of roll knife bags but I really liked ultimate knife delux bag the best. it's easy to use on a small prep station cause there are no flaps. Also I like how the bag zips up so you know you will not lose a knife if it comes out of its slots. The slots firmly hold the knife which I like. My only issue it the third flap just lacks the organizational aspect I expected from the bag. All in all I am very happy with the bag

Great Case
I spent a lot of time trying to find the right knife case. A lot of reviews steered me away from the roll out type cases so I looked for a binder type case. This case is very hefty and looks like it can withstand strong daily abuse. The case itself is 5lbs and could probably be over 10 lbs fully loaded. One thing to note is that between each folder section there is a fairly solid flap that protects another set of knives on the other side of the flap but the holders for the handles are on the opposite end of the bag (so handles are on opposite ends within each zippered compartment.) All in all, this case fits my needs better than any other case I've come across.
