Pros: Design, Construction, Material Quality, Sharpness, Overall Quality, Durability
Cons: None
Excellent!
I'm a salmon fishing guide on the Rogue River in Gold Beach, OR and I use these knives daily to clean/fillet the daily catch. I can vouch that they come razor sharp and are balanced quite well. Handles are well made and fit my hands really well, while maintaining a pretty good grip even when scales and other debris get on the handle. The carrier is well made and functional - I'd like to me more of a rollup, but that's just being picky. I haven't had to sharpen a single knife yet, so I can't comment on the Sharpenability, but I am very impressed with these knives.

Pros: Sharpness, None
Cons: Material Quality
Good Knives
The knives seem a little thin compared to Foshner's (which I am use to). Overall, the knives were sharp and will be well used.
