Zero Tolerance Knives

Performance First

ZT introduces the all-black ZT 0300st. These aggressive combat knives features our quad mounting system for versatile carry options, and are equipped with the patented SpeedSafe® assisted opening system.

With SpeedSafe®, the blade can be deployed one-handed with an ambidextrous thumb stud or index finger protrusion. The 0300 is always ready to go to work - as quickly as they needs to be.

Built like our users’ lives depended on it - because we know they can - the ZT 0300st features a S30V stainless-steel blade with matte black Tungsten DLC coating. The S30V provides extreme durability as well as wear and corrosion resistance. The DLC (Diamond Like Carbon) coating enhances hardness and reduces friction drag.

For extreme mechanical strength and a secure grip, this high performance blade is paired with 3-D machined scales of superstrong, black G-10 and titanium. A titanium frame lock keeps the blade secure. Field adjustments can be made quickly and easily using the hex head pivot shaft nut. The 0300st quad mounting system lets the user mount the clip in four ways: tip-up, tip-down, on the left side, or the right. Any way it’s mounted, the blade stays secure until needed.

Cons: Pocket Clip
Great knife -- but
Just bought this knife and generally it is a very nice piece of equipment. Easy to open with one hand and nice handle that allows for a slip proof grip, even for someone who has large hands. Extremely sharp, the knife is what I have been looking for for a field hunting knife. The disappointment was with the pocket clip that came attached to the handle and the instructions relating to the clip. The handle is pre-drilled so the clip can be moved to one of four points on the handle, making it lefty friendly. However, the clip came installed on the wrong side of the handle, unless you want to have the knife attached to your pocket in what is essentially an upside down position preventing the knife from being in a position where you can open it with one hand. The written instructions about how to move the clip are pathetic. The two screws holding the clip are tiny, so tiny that it is difficult to tell what kind of tool one needs to unscrew them. The instructions incredibly make no mention of that. Thus I had to guess that the screws needed a star Torx to remove them and also had to guess what the approximate size of the Torx was that I needed, which was a number 3. Not exactly the kind of tool one would have in the workshop. I actually bought three torx heads to cover all possible size bases since I do not live next to a hardware store and they were relative inexpensive. The real drag was that the Torx tool removed one screw, but I could not budge the second screw and was afraid that I would strip the screw if I really bore down on it which would have been a real drag. A call to the company and some advice from the technical people did not help. Thus, I sent the knife back to ZT under the warranty. Disappointing.

I'm an industrial electrician and when I decided to upgrade my everyday knife and reading many reviews I chose ZT -300 st Serious knife , great quality , holds an edge very well If I had a complaint at all it would be its a lil on the heavy side for a casual carry knife in public

This is alot of knife for the money. The quality and feel of it is great. I was very impressed with the sharpness and the assisted opening feature. I'm very happy to have invested in such a great EDC knife.
