Kershaw fillet knives always feature quality high-carbon stainless-steel blades with the ideal degree of flex for fast easy filleting.
Electric fillet comes with two removable blades; a 6 inch dual blade and an 8 inch.
The handle is double injection molded for durability and contoured for filleting comforts. The on/off switch must be pressed to operate the blade, then the trigger pulled to control the blade.
