CKFMORRF: Evgeniy "Evg Muan" Muan MORRF
Custom Knife Factory
Custom Knife Factory might sound like an ambiguous name but it's definitely one worth remembering. Their knives are midtech by definition but the quality definitely borders on full custom. They have a CNC machine shop in China that does some of the leg work but all the hand fit and finishing is done in house in their Moscow shop. They use top of the line materials made in the USA and designs from some of the most talented knife designers in Russia.

The MORRF is an amazing Evgeniy Muan design from Custom Knife Factory. It has, without a doubt the best action of any knife in our building - and that's saying something. The detent and pivot bearing system combine to make this knife fly open upon actuation. Lockup is tight, early, and will wear well with a replaceable stainless steel lockbar insert. The front scale is milled G10 and the frame lock is milled Titanium with a bead blasted finish. It has a sculpted Titanium pocketclip and small lanyard hole if that's your style. Jimping on the thumb ramp and flipper tang are sharp and functional. This is a knife that you can easily see being worth twice it's price, it's a fantastic design and another awesome piece from Custom Knife Factory. Limited production of only 120 individually numbered pieces.

Frame Lock
Frame Lock
Developed by Chris Reeve, it functions like a liner lock but the lock is comprised of one of the handle scales. It's an extremely strong and easy to manipulate lock.
Pocket Clip
Pocket Clip
Includes a pocket clip for easy accessibility and a more secure carry.
A tougher steel than S30V, it retains the excellent corrosive properties and ability to take an edge, but improves on the ability to hold that edge.
Titanium Handles
Titanium Handles
A nonferrous metal, it's prized for its high strength to weight ratio and is often used on higher end knives.
