Perfect the second time
I ordered the first Dice in April. The jimping was gimped-up. A couple of jimping cuts were missing so that one of the jimping 'peaks' was doubled up. Also, the convergence of the full flat grind was off and met at an angle on the blade spine above the blade's thumb hole. It's supposed to meet and form a small ridge that is perpendicular to the blade. I ordered a second Dice and sent back the first after the second one arrived. The second one is absolutely perfect. The full flat grind converges at the same spot on either side of the blade at the same spot on the spine above the thumb hole, and the jimping is cut the way it's supposed to be. Both knives closed and nested perfectly center in the handle and opened like butter after overcoming the ball bearing detent. Great knife (flawless) on the second try. The blade grinder was just having a bad day on that first one I guess. Anyway, I love the second knife, and I'm happy Knifecenter made good on the return of the funky first one.

Great knife with a bad grind
Fit and finish on this knife are excellent, but the grind angle makes this not a great slicer. I would love a little more of an angle. Even when cutting through tape and boxes, it has a hard time.

A Great Knife
This was a gift, for my son. Have purchased several of these knives, for him, over the years. He saw on your website, asked for it for Christmas and loved it.
