The Best Big Buck Folder Since the 110
The 547 is everything a 21st century Buck 110 should be. Awesome wooden scales, deep carry pocket clip, flow through construction, very thick steel liners, thick liner lock. S30V blade with a thumb disc and a 3.75 inch drop point blade with a touch of etching in the spine. The pivot is huge. Lock up is stone cold perfect right out of the box zero blade play. Ergonomics are perfect it fits the hand perfectly especially for heavier duty cutting tasks. It comes with a really nice leather sheath to boot. I just got this thing and I cannot stop flicking it open and closed. There is also a flipper tab so you can open that way as well. Opened the flipper becomes an excellent choil preventing your hand from sliding forward onto the blade. This knife is the best folding knife Buck currently makes. They could have charged twice as much and it would still be worth it.

Very Happy with this purchase!!
The price I paid for this knife was excellent. It was out of stock when I ordered it but Knife Center and Buck both came through and I received it a lot quicker than I thought I would. My next order is going to be the Buck Open Season fixed blade model. Really a good looking knife series. The Rosewood Dymondwood scales look great. And I've always been a fan of Buck knives since I got my first one as a birthday gift 42 years ago. It's a Buck 110 and I still have it, too.

Far Exceeded My Expectations
The Buck 547 with S30V blade will definitely be my EDC from now on! The materials and construction of this knife are second to none, and it feels great in my hand--sturdy, well-balanced ready for any task that comes along. The rosewood Dymondwood handles make this a work knife that is a joy to look at.
