    ZT0801: Model 0801
    Zero Tolerance Knives

Zero Tolerance and custom knifemaker Todd Rexford join forces to produce the Zero Tolerance 0801. It starts with a blade of ELMAX powdered steel. ELMAX enables ZT to produce a blade with a razor edge, excellent edge retention, strength, and toughness. A stonewashed blade finish hides hard-use scratches and makes maintenance easier.

The 0801 handle is lightweight and durable titanium with machined grooves for a secure grip—and a great look. The titanium handle features a secure frame lock. The blade deploys using the built-in flipper. Just pull back on the flipper and the razor-sharp ELMAX blade rotates out of the handle on ZT's glass-smooth KVT ball-bearing system. No springs required; just simple, one-handed opening. Easy. The 0801 pocket clip is designed for deep carry and is reversible for left- or right-handed carry. Decorative pivot hardware completes the 0801's handsome look.

If you like the looks of all metal, all the time, the 0801 is the right choice.

    ELMAX
Extremely fine grained powered metal that strikes the balance between edge holding and corrosion resistance perfectly. Much more likely to get a rolled edge than have a chip develop.

mid-tech quality in a production knife
this knife is great. it amazing for a production knife, by far the smoothest ive ever had. it flips with very little effort and locks up tight every time. this knife is just as good as a lot of $400+ mid-techs the bearings result in incredibly smooth blade movement. top of the line for sure!
