Love these knives!
I looked everywhere, on-line and in stores, for a small knife that could be used at the table or for various jobs in the kitchen. This is the only knife I found that did the job. I bought 6 of them and will definitely by more. I trust this company implicitly. Thank you.

A neat little steak-utility-paring knife
This little knife is yet another example of A Nice Looking High Performance Kitchen Essential..from Victorinox..(Switzerland). I really like the Springy-tough steel blade, and this type grip..'Together'-they deliver a good little companion to any chef's knife..and one that can do nearly ..all else! I'd like(Love!) to also see this knife with a plain edge(non serrated),and in the next size up..eg @ 125% scale, including the grip...I'd probably get in some trouble..getting to the front of that line...

Great Knife
This knife from Victorinox Forschner does exactly what it's supposed to do very well. This parer maintains its edge for a very long time ... I've been using this knife almost every day for at least a year and it is still super sharp. Stainless steel and fibrox handle ... excellent combination. To top it off, its seriously inexpensive! Great product at an excellent price.
