A few notes about E-Mail:
SOMETIMES IT CAN TAKE SEVERAL DAYS TO REPLY TO E-MAIL. YOU ARE WELCOME TO TELEPHONE US

We receive many dozens of messages each day at the KnifeCenter of the Internet and spend a great deal of time trying to answer each one. The e-mail system we all work with is not yet perfect and so we get a lot of returned messages because the sender had typed their address in wrong or the various systems happened to be down. Please do not take it as a personal affront if you receive no reply. If you don't get a reply within 3 or 4 working days, then please try your message again. Be sure that you put your full email address on your order form including the mail server domain (e.g. " xxxcustomer@aol.com " must include the "@aol.com" in it) and please take out any anti-spam characters you may automatically have inserted in your email address. Please be consistent with your e-mail addresses and try to use only one in all your communications with us. Your information is very important to us and we would never give, sell or in any way compromise any of our customers' information to anyone else - this includes your e-mail addresses.
Please include your full name in each message and fully quote messages you are replying to. We cannot always track threads back to find previous messages.
Many questions are related to knife repairs or item specifications and these should be handled by the various manufacturers of the products we sell.
