Our Tradition Collection consists of 6 different sets of elegant Laguiole knives. Each knife is hand mounted and sharpened featuring a brass bolster, 3 brass rivets and a full tang blade of high carbon stainlesss steel stamped in one piece. The back of the bolster carries the distinctive carved bee, the symbol of this traditional French knife style. The back edge of the blade is carved with decorative notches. Handles are available in rosewood, dark horn or acacia wood. Each set comes in its own genuine Beechwood Box.
