Anyone, anywhere can now sharpen every knife they own to a perfect edge quickly and easily with the Lansky Sharpener System Kit. This unique sharpener utilizes an innovative knife clamp and honing guide to insure an exact stone-to-knife angle with each pass of the stone over the knife edge. By selecting the appropriate guide hole on the knife clamp, you choose from a 30, 25, 20 or 17 degree angle.
