The French Pizza Knife
A great new kitchen tool is now available at the KnifeCenter of the InterNet. These new "PIZZA" Knives from Claude Dozorme in France feature a mirror polished 4" (10cm.) serrated edge. Each blade is labeled with the Laguiole name and feature the "bee" on the back of the handle. We have the PIZZA knife in four different handles.
