If you supplied an email address to us, you will receive a direct email from UPS, FedEx, or USPS with their tracking number. You can also track UPS and FedEx shipments from this page using the order or invoice number that was provided with your e-mail confirmation or at the time of your phone order. Tracking is available for any package beginning at about 8PM Eastern Time on the day that we shipped it.

You can also track your order directly from the shipper's website. You will need the shipper's tracking number (Your order/invoice number will not work).
