Knifecenter of the InterNet Return Policy If you are not happy with your purchase please return it to us in its original (new) condition within 30 days. Include the manufacturer's packaging. We will give you a full refund for the purchase price as either a refund onto your credit card, if that is how you paid, or a check. Ship it to: Local/International: (301) 486-0901 The exception is our personal care products such as razors, strops, shave brushes and nail nippers. Some of these are hygienically sealed and we will take them back only if they are unopened or defective. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If your product proves to be defective or you have used a product for a while and have warranty issues with the manufacturer, you may be able to locate that manufacturer on our page HERE. If we have shipped the incorrect item to you, please contact us and we will instruct you as to how to ship the item back. |
