Andre De Villiers Knives Production Scavenger Flipper Knife 4.375" M390 Polished Bead Blasted Blade, Green and Blue Integral Milled Titanium Handle
ADVSCVGRGRBL: Production Scavenger Integral Folding Knife, Green and Blue
Andre De Villiers Knives
In terms of folding knives, there isn't much we can compare to the Scavenger integral flipper from Andre De Villiers and Rike Knives. It truly is unlike anything else we carry, for a few reasons, each having to do with its intimidating look. We've never seen an integral design this elaborately milled, with a singular theme that is this perfectly executed. The spine of the knife was designed to mimic the skeletal structure of stacked vertebrae and this even translates to the unique bone pocket clip. This knife feels incredible in the hand, possesses an extremely solid build quality, and flips open with authority; the Scavenger is here to make a statement!
Generally, when you see knives like this, they tend to sacrifice quality for aesthetic appearance, but that is 100% not the case with the Scavenger. This knife is a true ADV piece that is built to take a beating and look good doing it. When sourcing a manufacturer for this design, Andre had a number of different options and chose to go with Rike Knives as they were able to deliver the exact quality he was looking for. Andre didn't want a standard production folder here, he wanted a knife that rivaled his mid-techs for quality and it had to be integral. This project has been a long, long time coming and we think Rike knocked it out of the park with this one. It's a one-of-a-kind design superbly manufactured to be a versatile EDC or tactical knife that you can 100% count on with your life.
