Bark River Knives

Bark River specializes in cutting tools for outdoorsmen and others who need real performance in the field. They use a blend of traditional/contemporary designs and styles to get a product that is not only aesthetically pleasing but also ultra-functional.

The Bravo Vortex is another great addition to the Bark River Bravo family. It is longer and sleeker than the standard Bravo 1. The blade is more suited for general purpose use while the handle configuration has a unique thumbprint to aid in location for lateral use of the knife.

Favorite knife
I really like this knife. I had never heard of Bark River knives before I bought this knife so I took a gamble on it, did some research, and have been very pleased. It's got a heavy duty blade. When I received it, it was already sharp, but I spent about 10 min on a sharpening stone with it and got it really sharp. I really like the thumb print since it allows me to really bear down on the blade if I need to. This is the most expensive knife I own but it is well worth the money. Bark River is doing a great job and I would recommend this knife to anyone. I really don't have anything negative to say about it.
