Bark River Knives
Bark River specializes in cutting tools for outdoorsmen and others who need real performance in the field. They use a blend of traditional/contemporary designs and styles to get a product that is not only aesthetically pleasing but also ultra-functional.
The Boone is part of Bark River's historical series of knives. This pattern is based on the American Classic that started in the very late 1800s and was the most common style of knife all the way into the 1970s. The pattern is rooted in the Sheffield Wade & Butcher Knives that were made for sale to the American market and actually was the inspiration for the famed USMC utility/fighting knife of WWII. The feel and balance of this Bark River Boone are very impressive and you will find it to be easy and comfortable in use for both hunting trips and for general outdoor use. The thru-hidden tang construction makes the Boone plenty tough for any trip into the field. This knife comes in A2, a hearty, resilient, and very durable tool steel that is sure to last you a lifetime.
