The Red Aluminum Folder from Bad Blood Knives is a well designed, tactical and utility knife that can do it all. The handle is made from red anodized aluminum with a dimple textured finish. Pros: Pocket Clip, Lock Ease of Use, Weight, Ease of Opening
Cons: Blade Material, None
Not too bad
Honestly for its price there is really nothing wrong with this. At first I was a little underwhelmed but it grew on me. I should mention that aesthetic first most was my reason for purchasing this. The pivot was stiff at first but wore in quickly within a day and flips good now. It fits nicely in a coin pocket due to its smaller size however I wouldn't use this as my regular edc as the 440 stainless and thickness of the blade may not stand up to the usage I need. One of the good things about this one is its weight, it's feather light due to it's aluminum handle. I noticed in the previous review somebody said they had locking issues however my liner lock had zero issues at all. Whether thats hit or miss with some of these I dont know but mine locks firm and has no blade play.

probably good to avoid
My expectations were not high on a $10 folder...however...even those low expectations were not met. First the good...grinds are nice and ergos are pretty good. Alas. That is where the good ends. The biggest issue was...the liner lock is improperly mated to the blade. Thus making the knife unable to be locked open. The second "fatal flaw" is that it doesn't flip...even with wrist. A flipper that neither flips nor locks is a is pretty useless. For only a little more money the schrade and Kershaw budget line have both proven to be better values. Thanks for reading.
