BO01RY272: Boker Magnum Dejavu Folding Knife, Cocobolo Wood
Magnum by Boker
With the Magnum Dejavu, they managed to take the almost 30 year-old pioneering invention of the one-piece self-supporting frame lock and make it even better. In the original construction, the handle and lock consist of a single v-shaped spring. The handle and blade are just connected on one side – a relatively weak connection. For the Dejavu knives, a spacer with a screw was placed right next to the blade shaft. Both hold a small counter-plate. Thus, the blade shaft is connected on both sides, just like a regular folder, which distributes the load symmetrically. This makes the knife much more stable without compromising the clean and slender character of this design. Handle scales consist of classic Cocobolo. The knife can be opened one-handed thanks to the integrated thumb stud
