BO112086: Jäger Gold Scout

Boker

Boker Jäger Gold

Hunt and game continue to be an important part of our cultural heritage. With Boker's Jäger ("Hunter") Gold series, they want to acknowledge this heritage and pay tribute to all the hunters who are doing their part to preserve our nature.

The genuine gold etching of the blades was common in the golden times of the Solingen knife industry for high-quality products. With the gold leaf accents, Boker underlines the exclusivity, while maintaining classic manufacturing techniques, which are nearly extinct today. The handsome walnut wood of the handle scales and the polish of the blades give this series a timeless elegance.

Boker Scout Jäger Gold

Carefully crafted for comfort and control, Boker's lockback hunting knife, the Scout, has all the quality features you've come to expect. It features premium N690 blade steel, nickel silver bolsters and a high quality leather sheath.

N690 Stainless Steel

The cobalt-alloyed N690 by Bohler (not to be confused with the lower-grade N695!) is a very reliable upper middle-grade steel Boker uses in their Solingen, Germany factory for a wide variety of projects. The fine-grained N690, which ranks above 440C, offers convincing performance data in all areas. It is often sold as N690Co – the "Co" stands for cobalt and describes the exact same steel.
