BO112087: Scout Lightweight Orange

The immense popularity of the Scout Lightweight series has shown that the combination of classic design and lightweight, sturdy G10 absolutely has its place. Following several versions with wooden scales, Boker is now presenting a version with a G10 body and inserts made from contrasting colorful G10 as well. The G10 material offers the best possible strength and resistance to environmental conditions such as moisture. The striking orange hue creates an attractive contrast and provides maximum visibility.

D2 Tool Steel

With a chromium content of 12%, D2 – a tool steel – can certainly be classified as a stainless steel. Since its chromium content is right on the threshold, however, a little more care for the D2 wouldn't go amiss. As an upper-tier conventional steel, D2 offers great edge retention and stability, though sharpening it takes a little effort.
